Australia: Express Delivery 3-5 working days £35 

Africa: Express Delivery 3 - 5 working days £47.50

Netherlands: Express Delivery (1 working day if ordered before 12pm) £30 

Germany: Express Delivery (1 working day if ordered before 12pm) £30 

Rest of World: Express Delivery 3 - 5 working days £34.95

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible these taxes, duties and fees.

NB - Next day delivery is only applicable on orders placed between Mon-Thurs before 12pm, next day delivery on a Fri/Sat/Sun are not guaranteed to be delivered next day.

 

We do not take responsibility for items that have specific delivery requirements not specified on their original order. This becomes the responsibility of the courier. I.e. leaving items in a safe place or authorising delivery without a signature.

Our couriers typically deliver on working days Monday to Friday; 8am - 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

Delays and Lost Items

Delays can be caused by bank, public and national holidays and other circumstances which are out of our control.  Reasonable allowances should be made for orders made during the weekend and holidays and we cannot take responsibility for these delays.

In the unlikely event that your item is delayed or lost / missing, we are unable to deem an item as delayed or lost /missing until 25 working days after the item was dispatched to allow us to attempt to locate your order in the delivery chain.
